The Best Way to Spread Christmas Cheer is... GLITTER.
Hi all! Today to get you in the holiday spirit, I'm hosting a giveaway! It obviously involves glitter, so hopefully you have your acetone ready to go ;) The prize up for grabs is two Ulta exclusive OPIs: A Sparkle Yule Love (a dupe for OPI Muppets Excuse Moi) and How's It Snowin'? (which is similar, if not a dupe for China Glaze Tinseltown). I'm borrowing swatches from Jen the Polishaholic's blog because I haven't used these to swatch them myself, so thank you Jen. ;) Here's the post she swatched them in.
A Sparkle Yule Love, from The Polishaholic's post
How's It Snowin'? from Jen's post
Rules are listed in the widget but basically: be 18+ or have parent permission, new followers welcome but GFC following is required, US and Canada only, reply within 24 hours or I'll pick someone new, and it ends 12/15/11 at 12:01AM. Good luck! <3
My favorite holiday tradition is opening all presents on Christmas Eve so you only have Santa presents on Christmas...I always tell my kids on Christmas Eve that they won't have any presents the next day, but they know I'm lying, lol.
But to reiterate, I love sitting around the tree with my family, lights dimmed, and watching the Christmas tree glow. It's just such a peaceful moment! :)
My Favorite Holiday Tradition is doing our indoor and outdoor light displays. I'm very lucky that we have the room to go a lot nuts with it! It generally takes three weeks to a month to get it all done - but it's looks sooo fab when it's done!
Haha, everyone else has the same tradition as my family! We open our presents on Christmas Eve too. However, instead of turkey on Christmas day, we cook spaghetti - my dad has a recipe of his own that he hoards!
Well when I was younger my family (moms side) always had a Christmas Eve party for the family and we open presents and such. Then on Christmas day at home we'd open our other gifts then we'd go to Granma's (dad's side) for more gifts and dinner. ;) I have a really big family on both sides. :) I always loved those times. Now we go to my Dad's or my brothers to celebrate. :)

My favorite holiday tradition is putting up the Christmas tree and watching how the cats react to it, it's always entertaining. =)

We always open just one Christmas gift with my family on Christmas Eve. Great tradition!
My sons and I pop popcorn, get root beer and watch The Muppets Christmas Carol
